Mission:
The Sales Enablement Specialist is focused on defining, improving, and delivering a best in class sales process for the sales and marketing organization. The sales enablement specialist will contribute to optimizing the selling motion to increase pipeline, move opportunities forward, and win bigger deals.
What makes you the hero for this job:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and training effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data to inform strategy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools (e.g. HubSpot preferred, Salesforce, Outreach)
What you’ll be doing:
- Sales teams are equipped with the skills and resources needed to exceed their quota
- Enhanced collaboration between sales and other departments, leading to improved product knowledge and customer engagement strategies
- Deliver an end-to-end process for the marketing and sales funnel
- Build out and monitor sequences within Hubspot - Test regularly
- Create a new hire onboarding process, along with ongoing sales training
