We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, executing projects to automate, integrate, streamline, and optimize processes. Your expertise in Salesforce development, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will contribute to the success of our CRM initiatives.
What you will accomplish:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand CRM needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications to meet project objectives and requirements.
- Create comprehensive timelines and development goals to guide the implementation process.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure stability and functionality of the Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs or errors that arise during development and implementation.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce applications and provide technical training to Salesforce staff.
- Uphold the security and integrity of the application software, implementing appropriate measures to protect data.
What you will bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and their capabilities.
- Proficiency in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce to develop robust and scalable solutions.
- Experience with salesforce service cloud.
- Ability to analyze and solve high-level software and application issues with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
