- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of writing SQL queries , performing deep-dives and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
- Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Building and monitoring related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.
- In-depth business understanding and the ability to defining requirements, using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to senior audience.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- Fluency in a modeling language such as Python or R
- Strong background in statistics methodology, applications to business problems, and/or big data

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
