Join a high-performing, close-knit team as a Account Manager for Strategic Managed Service Providers. Drive growth by growing new services/lines of business within existing and new MSP’s., Manage MDF and CONTRA programs to grow sales pipelines. Looking for a self-motivated proven sales professional, excelling in account planning and operations. Experience with sales forecasting and attainment to an individual quota. Roll up your sleeves and make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. This role is perfect for a driven leader ready to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced market!
What you will do:
- Develop and execute GTM plan that will accelerate sales, build operational excellence and increase Ericsson mindshare within MSP account base.
- Drive GTM Initiatives to generate pipeline and net new revenue opportunities
- Deliver Ericsson vision & value proposition to partner leadership / sales organization (who, what, why & how to partner)
- Align, Educate & Engage Ericsson Sales & extended teams- educate Ericsson sales on Partners value proposition, rules of engagement & best practices
- Deliver YoY Revenue growth through maintaining existing solutions and growing business through selling additional portfolio offerings.

Skills
The skills you bring:
- MUST: Be willing to travel, have experience with forecasting and using tools like SFDC and Tableau. Self-starter with proven track record of attaining and exceeding quota. Able to work well within team environment and navigating both internal and external resources.
- Displayed success engaging with sales leadership at large Managed Service Providers.
- Proactive process improvement and issue resolution
- Partner recruitment and sales training in high-tech SaaS &/or IT Hardware sales.
- Success developing pipeline – delivering sales commits in a high-tech IT environment.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• $104,200 - $156,200

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date.
