Director, Customer Success
As a Director, Customer Success, you will hire and develop multiple teams, coaching first line managers and individual contributors to success. What You’ll Do:
- Drive and influence full cycle renewal and expansion sales cycle
- Serve as an advisor and role model for exemplary customer service
- Harmoniously balance autonomy with effective upwards communication
- Deliver as overall regional/segment owner serving as escalation point for all matters
- Motivate managers in building teams that proactively foster customer relationships to achieve trust and revenue growth on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive positive customer outcomes and solve complex problems
- Prioritize talent attraction, retention, and development ultimately creating a strong eco-system of high performance teams
Who You Are:
- Experienced in Customer Success or Account Management, 6+ years of experience preferred with a minimum 3 years in the SaaS space
- Someone with 3+ years of experience overseeing a high performing team of Customer Success Managers
- Proven in your track record of success in negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections for renewal and up-sell opportunities
- Familiar with the B2B tech space or with subscription based software preferred
- Comfortable in a fast paced, scaling environment
