We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and build relationships by nurturing leads and finding new potential sales outlets, managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, and engaging the sales teams for next steps.

- Compensation Range: $55k base + $15k variable = $70k OTE
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
What You’ll Do:
- Will support Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
- Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with your company’s product or solution, i.e., cold prospecting.
- Follow up on MQLs as sales opportunities
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Work pipeline of long term prospects
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
- Achieve KPIs associated with role
What You’ll Bring:
- You are courteous, professional, well spoken, and ask the right questions.
- BS/BA preferred
- Able to connect business needs to solutions
- Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Positivity and resilience with your team and customers
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred
- Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- 2+ years of inside sales experience require
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
