- 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager with extensive experience of working directly with engineers.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on Salesforce solution stack (CRM/ CPQ/ CLM etc).
- 3+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with other downstream and upstream systems.
- 3+ years of experience in program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and executive stakeholder management.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Prior experience as a salesforce technical architect.
- Prior experience of working in the telecom domain.
- Prior experience of working on Salesforce communications cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to lead design and development of B2B sales systems including CRM, lead management, deal management, contract management and bulk order management. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering end to end deliverables. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment. You will be responsible for defining system requirements, leading design and architecture discussions, identifying cross team dependancies, managing program plans, handling escalations and communicating updates to senior leadership (VPs). You will constantly need to make tradeoffs to balance between large forward thinking initiatives and smaller incremental value adds.

- Process improvements – Define, implement and continuously improve delivery and operational efficiency
- Stakeholder management – Interface with and influence senior level stakeholders, balancing business needs vs. technical constraints and driving clarity in ambiguous situations
- Operational Excellence – Monitor metrics and program health, anticipate and clear blockers, manage escalation
- Delivery Excellence - Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations..
- Collaboration - Partner with other technical program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery.
