We are obsessed with providing world-class quality and are looking for Sales Engineers who can help support our channel sales team. We are growing rapidly and looking for candidates who are detailed-oriented and take pride in their work. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the sales team in generating new revenue streams by managing the technical facets of the sales cycle.
- Drive adoption and expansion of Kixie products by highlighting feature opportunities, educate customer on Kixie best practices, and create relevant strategies to customers and the Success team
- Communicate with customers of all technical levels via phone and email
- Be the first line contact for sales questions and issues, work with the appropriate internal teams (e.g. engineering, product management, customer success), to solve problems and manage them through to resolution
- Support customers’ transition from pre-sale to post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure customers achieve their objectives.
- Communicate customer and product feedback to the product team and the company management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- You are an amazing problem solver
- Ability to communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat and translate their needs into actionable product solutions and detailed implementation plans
- Experience in presenting and implementing custom software solutions through Make.com, Zapier, Tray.io, and more.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and software customization.
- You're familiar with customer management tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce and Hubspot, or you're a quick study who is eager to develop fluency with tools like these
- You love learning new things and hate being bored at work
- You’re data driven and willing to learn new tools like Looker to see if your efforts are making an impact.
- Ideally - you are a graduate of a 4 year university
