We are seeking a Training Lead for our Global Sales Training team. This role will focus on creating and executing strategies to deliver training to commercial sales partners and internal sales teams selling our Reality Labs work and education solutions. As these products continue to evolve and advance with the potential to reshape the ways we work and learn, the need to deliver clear and engaging training becomes even more important. Sales Training Lead, Commercial Responsibilities
Lead the development of training programs for partner resellers and internal sales teams, ensuring that they are equipped to sell effectively and meet company goals. Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure successful program adoption and long-term success.
Conduct sales training sessions, both virtually and in person, ensuring consistent, efficient, and engaging delivery.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and scope training requirements for all Reality Labs work and education products.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Regularly evaluate training outcomes and adjust content and delivery methods based on feedback, performance data, and business needs.
Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
Partner with global and regional marketing, product, and sales teams to align training programs with new product launches, updates, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with broader sales and business objectives.
Provide regular reports on training activities, participant engagement, and outcomes to leadership teams.
Contribute to the design and execution of engaging Meta led events to facilitate 1:many activations for our partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related experience.
5+ years of experience in commercial sales within a training or development role or related experience.
Presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs.
Organizational and project management experience.
Understanding of sales processes and methodology, particularly in a partner first sales strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology or hardware sales.
Category knowledge in AR and MR fields.
Experience in education sector sales.
Proficiency in immersive training techniques.
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
