What we’re seeking:
The Manager, Regional Sales is integral to the success of Frontier Communications. As a key sales leader, this role involves developing and supporting sales talent within a designated region, focusing on acquiring new Residential customers, and driving revenue growth. Success in this position requires expertise in cold calling, territory management, and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team. The Residential Sales Manager is expected to challenge the status quo and drive market penetration across all disciplines. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to either our Fort Wayne, IN, Charleston, WV, or Dallas, TX office to complete your work responsibilities.
What we need in you:
You are a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You take ownership of your team’s success. You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and executive KPI reporting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are in the boardroom reporting on YoY results. Speaking of results, yours are always second to none. You do everything with excellence and expect the same from your team. A creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting your numbers even when that means thinking outside the box and trying new approaches.
What you’ll do:
- Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, MDU, and community engagement); tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement
- Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory
- Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet
- Beat our competition and delight our customers every day

- Salary Range: $61,000 to $155,000

What background you should have:
- Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive, and continuously improving
- 5+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success
- 3+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
- Exhibits sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, and proven ability to influence others
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor's Degree suggested or equivalent experience
