Position Overview:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive sales and offer unparalleled support to our Project Managers and both Senior and Junior Designer teams. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring an optimal customer experience, and contributing to the financial growth of our sales organization. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a positive outlook, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsabilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners through phone, email, and online chat.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Organize, manage time effectively, and make decisive judgments to ensure prompt responses and adherence to deadlines.
- Proactively drive sales and foster lasting customer relationships, striving to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Onboard and maintain an active portfolio of new customers.
- Address incoming calls from potential distributors, customers, and septic installers, providing product and service information.
Requirements:
- B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside/Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Stellar communication skills, encompassing listening, reading, writing, and documentation.
- Proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and other software systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
- Reliable transportation and consistent internet access are essential.
How you will stand out:
- Experience in wastewater, water well, plumbing, construction, or project management is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with septic products is a plus.
