- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Here's your chance to work as a Sales Operations Analyst for sales reporting, dashboarding, and building models for our Sales & Delivery team.
This hands-on role supports the global sales and delivery operations function to develop, implement, and dive deep on sales analysis, processes, and reporting that optimize seller and organizational goals. This position will be responsible for providing analysis to support Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, pipeline management, goal attainment, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The position will drive efficiency to measure sales performance and sales planning utilizing CRM and analysis tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed.
The successful candidate must be able to roll up their sleeves and be a quick learner. You will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, be highly organized, and be able to communicate results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. You will proactively seek answers in self-service tools, and know when to ask for guidance. Must be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed. You will manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving improvements to reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data.
The individual must be excited about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and passionate about collaborating with BI Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Sales Leadership and Sales Operations teams.
