To play a crucial role in our client's growth by compelling businesses to switch to a superior waste management service. Imagine being the key to offering an effortless transition, as the client takes care of all termination fees, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for every new customer you bring on board.
The Impact you’ll make
- You will help businesses improve their waste management by switching to a superior service provider.
- You will contribute to the company's growth by securing new clients.
- You will enhance client relationships and increase retention rates.
Your Tasks:
- Making outbound calls daily to businesses to upsell the client’s services using a simple pitch.
- Maintain a 40% activity rate by making a minimum of 100 call minutes/day.
- Contact leads provided by the company and engage with them until you connect with a decision-maker.
- Convince clients to switch their waste management service to the client, who covers the termination fee.
- Utilize Hubspot as a CRM tool to manage client information.
- Participate in a 2-week (10 days) training program.
Setting your Expectations
Training Period
- Complete the 2-week training without absences
- 7am to 3pm PST, Monday - Friday
- Achieve a minimum of 100 call minutes per day
- Maintain at least a 40% Activity Rate
- Payment for full attendance and meeting activity requirement
- Training payout is processed 16 days after the last day of your training duration.
What to Expect?
- Tools: Discord, Line, DialPad, Google Suite, and Hubspot.
- Rate: $3/hour
- Incentives: $150 for every closed sale - uncapped
- Retention bonus***
- Working Hours: Shifting schedule, must be amenable to work during US Business Hours
