Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $162,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $281,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position will work closely with our global field leaders, enablement stakeholders, product managers as well as WWFE leadership to ensure that we set the right vision, supported by a strategy for our teams to help our customers solve key business problems and issues.
This role will ensure our field roles have the best-in-class experience when it comes to executing the AWS Way of Selling and raises the bar on sales excellence, using our productivity/enablement tools and collaborating together as one team.
