- REQUIRED: +1 year of experience in Selling Partner Support environments under the IIDP skill
- +1 year of experience handling large datasets on Excel
- Advanced computer literacy on Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Seller Central interface, Feeds upload applications (MFA), Metadata, CSI, Tico, FRPG, Vermont, MediaCentral, Darwin, Diagnostics, Brand Profile.
- Experience on leading stakeholder engagements via consultative and solution based model (analyze data sets, identify issues, and recommend solutions)
- Proficient on English Language (Written and spoken)
- Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels
- Experience in influencing and negotiating tasks and deliverables with others
- Has proven examples of bias for action in driving changes and meeting challenges in a quick moving business
- Experience in sales would be an advantage but is not essential
- Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage

The objective of the Catalog Operations Specialist is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue by helping launch Selling Partners who deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability. You will help these Selling Partners integrate on Amazon and develop their catalog, pricing and other tools, while meeting Amazon's bar for product data quality.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, tech-savvy, team oriented, effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills, technical (advanced excel skills) and analytical. - Work with the Sales Onboarding Program Managers to gather knowledge in tools, process.
