Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining positive partnerships with our customers
- Hire, train, lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to perform at their highest potential
- Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
- Manage timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the regional manager
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a business-to-business, service, or distributor sales organization
- Experience in growing sales year over year
- Operations or Logistic experience preferred
