WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A Sr Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to focus on strategic initiatives and data modelling for our customer-facing teams, reporting directly to the Sr Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Sr Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst is a whiz with data, they can model any business scenario and update their analyses to reflect new business realities. They enjoy challenges involving data and modelling to drive improvements in an exciting and fast-paced environment. They can summarize the findings of their work so that all levels – from sales reps to executives – are strategically aligned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop custom analyses to interpret business challenges related to our customer base and support strategic initiatives
- Develop impactful, measurable strategy analytics that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with customers
- Work on special projects to support Executive initiatives.
- Present key analyses to executives and department leaders
- Support workstreams with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure we are bringing the best thinking to key initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales operations, analytics or consulting
- Proven track record of building and refining actionable dashboards and reports
- Excellent communicator, able to work with a variety of stakeholders across multiple sources of data
- Advanced experience in Excel a must
- Experience in Power BI reporting and Salesforce is a must
- Experience with SQL and Python is a plus
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams
- Familiarity with finance or financial analytics
- Expertise in recurring revenue business models and / or familiarity with B2B software
