EasySend is a no-code platform for building and optimizing digital customer journeys. EasySend transforms paperwork-based processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into customer engagement and revenue growth opportunities.
Our team is growing and we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer. The Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting all sales efforts within their assigned accounts. Working closely with the Account Executive, support the strategy for each account and deliver all technical and architectural support as needed to successfully convey the EasySend value to our prospects and customers.
We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Articulate company vision, key messages and intended use cases per EasySend’s go-to-market strategy
- Perform remote product presentations, positioning the EasySend value proposition to a business audience and EasySend’s architecture and inner workings to a technical audience
- Partner effectively with sales in account development by playing an active role in strategizing and planning for each account and opportunity
- Be a trusted partner to sales and prospects alike
- Respond to RFP/RFI’s and security questionnaires as needed
- Must demonstrate a client service culture based on a direct to client relationship and/or a direct to partner relationship
- Someone who knows how to transform the complex into the simple
- Ability to lead discussions with a variety of prospect stakeholders, including analysts, managers, and technology experts, describing how to turn their Customer Journey’s and Digital Data Management goals and needs into positive outcomes.
- 10+ years of Solutions Consulting or comparable experience, preferably in cloud-based technology products
- Experience in the insurance/banking industry
- Experience in Low code/No code products
- Computer Science degree or an equivalent preferred
- A solid understanding of web software and architectures
- Advantage for candidates with a background in consultancy firms
- Experience with RPA, CCM, e-signature, BPM
- Ability to solve complex business issues
- Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting to multiple audiences including Line of Business, IT and “C” levels
- Possesses good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Ability to understand and relate business processes from both a technical and functional standpoint
- Naturally curious and inquisitive. Eager to continuously learn
- Understanding of SaaS model, architecture and security considerations a plus
- Willingness to travel when needed (approximately 25% - 50%)
- Takes independent action to achieve goals; is self-directed and driving, but cooperates with others to share information, resolve issues and achieve goals
- Development experience using web services, XML, SQL, and Java or other object-oriented languages desired
