We are looking for an exceptionally gifted Technical Account Manager to join our growing team of the most outstanding and creative minds in cybersecurity.
- Work with customers to plan, design, build and deploy Claroty’s solution to meet the client’s objectives and requirements, while enabling value.
- Act as the main point of contact for every technical engagement with existing customers, responsible for the technical health of the customer.
- Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry direction, and moment.
- Develop artifacts, documentation, etc. to optimize services, increase product value and create value for customers.
- 3+ Years of experience as a Post-sale / Professional Services / Delivery Technical Engineer
- Previous experience with Cyber security products and work processes
- Strong networking knowledge (understanding protocols behavior and ability to analyse network traffic from capture – CCNP/CCNA is an advantage)
- At least basic familiarity with Database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) and Linux operation.
- Customer oriented approach, customer facing experience.
- Project Management experience and skills
- Willingness to travel abroad (up to 20%)
- Full Proficiency in English.
Advantage:
- Experience in the Healthcare industry and familiarity with Health Delivery Organizations.
Expected base salary is $115,000- $130,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
