The Sales Director will lead TripleTen’s business development efforts to Universities and Community Colleges to deliver the best-in-class digital education through executive learning programs, fast-track technical bootcamps, and various open courses.
This role will establish long-term business-to-business (B2B) partnerships with leading academic institutions.
You will provide leadership-level insight into product enhancements, support go-to-market strategies, ensure client adoption of our products and introduce other TripleTen products to our post-secondary client base.
The Sales Director should be an expert in the competitive bootcamp landscape, staying abreast of all significant trends among competitors, and overarching Ed-tech trends in general.

- Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B selling cycles and relationships
- History of working within/for higher education, Ed-tech platforms, educational publishing, career transformation or online program management

What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum 8-10 years of dynamic experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition. At least 4 of those years in a Leadership role in higher education, Ed-tech or similar sectors.
- Experience developing relationships with C-level executives or highly ranked administrators.
- Have demonstrable experience in successfully developing complex B2B partnerships in the spheres of Academia, Online Program Management, Online Bootcamps, Workforce Development, Career Transformation, and the like.
- Strong business understanding and excellent collaboration skills. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently.
- Deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment. Superior time management skills to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Highly skilled communicator with great energy (people are keen to be around you), and strong interpersonal skills to build nuanced relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to determine and execute appropriate cadenced communication plans with the (academic) partner stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient brand stewardship that supports the programs’ strategic initiatives and OKRs.
- Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and ability to work in a group and reach decisions by consensus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, LinkedIn, and leading social media platforms.
- Ability to travel on short notice (as the business dictates). Up to 50% travel expected.
- Full Time Remote Role
- Base Salary $100 - $120k plus variable component, OTE up to $200k
