GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team. This position is full-time and will serve the Nevada National Security Site in North Las Vegas, NV.
- Acquire resources, staff, materials, and equipment to complete the sub-project scope
- Develop planned construction schedule with resources
- Develop Material Take-Off confirmation report
- Develop sub-project vs sub-contractor Schedule Interface report
- Provide monthly cost, schedule forecast, and status reporting, supporting Earned Value Management System (EVMS) variance analysis, as needed.
- Develop EVMS cost, schedule forecast and status reporting capability and reporting structure
- Provide Monthly EVMS Reports
- Manage and control costs for assigned Control Accounts, including issuing, and closing charge codes, reviewing, and approving monthly costs and accruals, and addressing incorrect charges. Provide Monthly Reviews and Reports
- Develop recovery plans and proactively engage in project execution to ensure project stays within cost and schedule commitments. Maintain and develop monthly recovery plans
- Assure work, as single points of contact for assigned scope, is properly planned, resource loaded and scheduled with clearly defined deliverables and assumptions correctly identified. Maintain and develop monthly schedule.
- Ensure deliverables are defined in the schedule to fully complete the assigned scope. Provide monthly accountability reports.
- Bachelors’ Degree and 10+ years of experience
- Experience with EVMS
- Experience providing monthly cost, schedules forecast, and status reporting
- Experience managing control accounts and activities
- Experience developing planned construction schedules and resources
- Experience developing recovery plans
- To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
- Due to the nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Experience with DOE 413.3B is desired
