WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement & Training team to support the go-to-market strategy and execution around product/feature releases. The goal of this specialist is to serve as the stakeholder management across the Viant organization (department examples: Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Revenue Operations, etc.) to enhance the overall effectiveness of our Sales and Account Management teams.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization (Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Business Development, etc.) to understand what initiatives and products they are launching that sales needs to know and bring back to advertisers/agencies. Partner with these cross-functional teams to support go-to-market efforts, providing input on messaging, positioning, and sales collateral development
- Prioritization: Support with the prioritization of the sales enablement & training requests (submitted by internal teams) to keep the sales and account management teams focused on what matters most.
- Sales Team Meetings: Responsible for the monthly national sales call content (confirming the agenda, capturing content from the speakers, refining the messaging and presentation so it’s concise) to ensure the information connects to what is more important to the sales/ account management audience. Support Viant’s annual sales conference with logistics and content (e.g., ensuring speakers meet their content deadlines, logistics around the breakout room and content, providing support to speakers to ensure content is relatable and concise)
- LMS Support: Responsible for maintaining the onboarding program in our Learning management system (LMS); supports with the creation of specific e-learnings for go-to-market products
GREAT TO HAVE
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in advertising, communications, or marketing
- Knowledge of the Digital/Programmatic Advertising space (example: understands different attribution models)
- Knowledge of effective Sales Enablement (or Learning & Development) approaches that keeps the attention of a sales audience
- Background knowledge of how to manage stakeholders in order to build effective Go-to-Market and Internal Communications strategy
- Nice to haves: experience educating advertising agencies on how to sell a product to clients. Experience with a learning management system - i.e., creating e-learning programs
- Bachelor's Degree required
