- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or other highly quantitative fields
- 4+ years of professional work experience in sales planning, financial planning and reporting, business analysis, reporting, strategy, analytics or business intelligence
- Experience leading planning, gathering requirements and analysis for large organizations Advanced Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL skills for developing executive scorecards and dashboards
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.
- Experience manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disjointed data sets.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Here's your chance to work as a Sales Operations Analyst for sales reporting, dashboarding, and building models for our Sales & Delivery team.
This hands-on role supports the global sales and delivery operations function to develop, implement, and dive deep on sales analysis, processes, and reporting that optimize seller and organizational goals. This position will be responsible for providing analysis to support Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, pipeline management, goal attainment, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The position will drive efficiency to measure sales performance and sales planning utilizing CRM and analysis tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed.
The successful candidate must be able to roll up their sleeves and be a quick learner. You will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, be highly organized, and be able to communicate results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. You will proactively seek answers in self-service tools, and know when to ask for guidance. Must be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed. You will manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving improvements to reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data.
The individual must be excited about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and passionate about collaborating with BI Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Sales Leadership and Sales Operations teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage key sales support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
- Partner closely with the Sales Operations Leads to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them
- Oversee the sales CRM System and manage territory, account, revenue flow, and quota for the sales teams
- Develop relationships and work with sales, regional sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
- Operate as the local focal point for the company's account management roles (including revenue routing, segmentation, exceptions, etc.)
- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
- Create metrics, processes and mechanisms
- Own the quantitative performance analysis of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity
