SUMMARYWorking in close partnership with client executive-champions, the RN, Sr. Account Manager-Client Solutions will gain and maintain a consistent level of support among executive and C-Suite members.
The RN, Sr. Account Manager-Client Solutions will identify further opportunities and nurture internal and external team members, the RN, Sr. Account Manager-Client Solutions reaches the expected level of success by constantly improving their subject matter expertise and delivering a best-in-class customer experience leading to outstanding business outcomes. The RN, Sr. Account Manager will leverage their experience and C-level influence to engage our largest clients, drive product up-sell, facilitate client growth and expansion and provide mentorship to Account Managers and Representatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and driving the on-going relationship between key/strategic assigned clients and Banyan Medical Systems.
- Influences the client at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome including the building and maintaining of executive level relationships.
- Expands the scope of client relationships with additional products and services in collaboration with other functional areas within Banyan.
- Drives client proposals in up-sell opportunities and facilitates a high level of client growth.
- Identifies, analyzes, interprets and presents trends relevant to the client's business and objectives.
- Frequently collaborates with other functional areas within Banyan to meet client needs.
- Provides informal training / consulting to client on Banyan Products and Services and Work Strategies utilizing Banyan colleague SME's as contributors when appropriate.
- Actively drives individual professional growth (both internal and industry trends and knowledge) and attributes to advance expertise, and create Banyan Champions.
- Facilitates and leads meetings with clients to achieve the above objectives.
- Assist in training and development and mentoring of Account Managers and other team members.
- Travel as required including to customer sites and key industry organizations and/or conferences.
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills, with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Position require external client interaction. Must be flexible, detailed, team-oriented and committed to doing an outstanding job.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements- Effective communication skills; both orally and written.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Track record of successful management of key/strategic customer relationships required, with relationships at executive levels preferred.
- Experience within the healthcare field preferred
- Experience analyzing and compiling data into meaningful metrics preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications
- Proven account management experience in a service oriented environment is required.
Education and Experience
Education: BSN required
Experience: 4-7 years experience or account management experience preferred
Travel: 70%-80%
