As a member of the Executive Leadership team reporting to the CEO, you will lead and oversee the company's growth strategy and execution in the health plan and provider group space, playing a critical role in generating new sales for Homebase and developing strategic partnerships across the industry.
The incumbent will have demonstrated experience with network contracting with health plans, and/or has sold to ACOs or provider groups. Responsibilities include: - Develop and implement a strategic approach to identifying and cultivating new partnerships with regional and national payors, and risk-bearing organizations.
- Negotiate long-term partnerships for Homebase services with Medicare Advantage payors or risk-bearing organizations
- Create and negotiate innovative pricing strategies, including risk-sharing partnerships
- Identify and cultivate strategic distribution partnerships for Homebase services.
- Support growth of existing customer relationships on as as-needed basis to drive expansion opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for Homebase to expand.
- Collaborate with the executive team on product development and solution innovation to meet evolving market needs.
- Represent Homebase at industry conferences and other relevant events to establish Homebase as an expert in the field.
- Build and manage a national sales team as the company grows.
- Actively support the achievement of Homebase Vision and Goals.

Qualifications and experience:- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage payor/provider group segment.
- Demonstrated experience with network contracting with health plans, and/or has sold to ACOs or provider groups.
- Demonstrated successful sales management experience is required.
- Demonstrated track record of success in growth, new market development, business development, and/or strategy consulting in a healthcare field.
- MS Office required.
- Excellent communication, promotion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and manage sales trends.
