Summary: Act as a point of contact for Air-Weigh customers. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, gain insights into the customer experience, and needs requirements to ensure they receive maximum value using Air-Weigh products. Create new sales opportunities, manage sales pipeline to closed status, and provide best-in-class account management practices. This role will also assist our customer support department by triaging any customer issues and connecting them with the right internal resources.
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday thru Friday; extra hours as necessary.
Educational requirements:High School Education or GED
Minimum qualifications & experience:Excellent work ethic with minimum of one year sales experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and
externally.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.

Primary job duties:- Contact existing customers to uncover issues/opportunities and their level of satisfaction.
- Build relationships with customers based on trust, respect, insight, and understanding.
- Collaborate with Air-Weigh sales team members.
- Provide quotes to end-user customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfillment.
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Keep accurate records within CRM and log meaningful notes daily.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and prevent additional issues by improved communication processes.
- Identify industry trends and customer use cases to help maximize use of on-board scales.
- Act as the customer advocate with a focus on improving their buyer experience.
