Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the industrial contractor market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industrial clients and contractors.
- Understand the specific needs of industrial clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to industrial clients.
- Monitor market trends in the industrial sector and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with industrial clients, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted materials and campaigns for the industrial sector.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, competition, and other factors affecting sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Engineering background beneficial.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the industrial sector.
- Proven track record in industrial contractor sales and client relationship management.
