Summary: Supports the sales team by providing analysis, design, configuration, and validation of custom computer systems and full stack solutions by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):- Demonstrates commitment to core values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
- Works with sales team as a technical advisor to promote and sell products, solutions and services in a customer facing role.
- Pre and Post sales engagement support for customers.
- Gathers requirements from the customer and communicates with the engineering team for solution development.
- Creates solution/system BoMs and SoWs for sales to generate quotes.
- Provides technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Provides technical training to internal and external customers.
Essential Education, Skills and Experience:- Associate degree in engineering or IT related field and 3+ years' experience in a sales engineering environment.
- Familiar with PC Server and workstation hardware, Windows Server, Virtualization, and Linux configuration and maintenance.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Network design and cabling systems experience.
- Storage system experience.
- BASH scripting or other automation/coding experience a plus.
- Sales Experience a plus.
- Pay range: $80k-$100k
