We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Inside Sales. You will be responsible for building your own team of Inside Sales to help us further grow our business in Latin American in a set of 10 strategic accounts. You will also track all opportunities within the CRM database tool, enter call notes, and assign them out to the appropriate resource.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.










Key job responsibilities
- Analyze and create market opportunities inside our top 10 customers;
- Build and retain a world class inside sales team
- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system
- Deliver information on programs, promotions and products.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting.
- Posses the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures.
- Develop case studies.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
