Sales Enablement Specialist (Murrysville, PA)
As a Sales Enablement Specialist your primary role is to provide general support for the SRC and HRC sales team.
Your role:
- Provide general support to the sales team performing contract management activities and tasks to meet our compliance requirements.
- Identify, research, and solve non-standard problems through a solid understanding of our business, products, processes, and procedures.
- Introduces new supporting process activities.
You're the right fit if:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Support and/or Customer Service
- You have an associate degree or higher in a business-related field or have equivalent professional experience preferably in the medical device industry.
- You have a specialized level of skill to perform analysis as part of assigned tasks.
- You excel in effective written communication and can resolve conflicts with professionalism and ease. Experience with SAP, SharePoint and iCon are strongly desired.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in PA is $23.73/hr. - $40.67hr.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
