Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $104,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams, overseeing the selection, onboarding, growth, and digital operations for downloadable gaming and software content.
As the direct connection point, you'll provide operational support for content launches, including offer setup, configuration, and quality control. You'll ingest assets, copy, and configure offers in our digital content portals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience with your attention to detail and customer obsession. Additionally, you'll build content detail pages and troubleshoot issues on behalf of customers and external partners.
Long-term, you'll focus on automation and process improvements, including developing new workflows for ASIN creation, Key Redemption, and more.
