We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Account Executive to manager our Commercial Property and Casualty accounts based out of our New York, NY office.. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Utilize substantial risk experience to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and develop tailored solutions for clients across various product lines.
Retain existing business while collaborating with Account Management colleagues to generate new business opportunities.
Implement growth and retention strategies to meet sales goals and drive overall account performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide best-in-class service and support growth initiatives.
Serve as the primary client contact, addressing complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in risk management or consulting, with a strong understanding of evaluating risks and financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to retain business and generate new opportunities, including experience with RFP responses.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to drive client satisfaction and service excellence.
Knowledge of compliance, professional standards, and market conditions relevant to the industry.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $99,100 to $211,100.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
