Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Retail Sales Program Manager. This position can be based at the following Eaton locations: Moon Township, PA, Charlotte, NC, or Peachtree City, GA or remote from home office if currently located on the East Coast, USA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the retail sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management. They must have a track record of successful program development and execution and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful program implementation.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet necessary deadlines.
- Be accountable for all internal communication delivery, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Develop and execute retail programs to achieve the account team’s business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Expert in crafting presentations that resonate with customers while incorporating insights and feedback.
- Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop recommendations for capital, operating and account management budgets.
- Collaborate with other leaders in the development of a coordinated budget recommendation for Director approval.
- Provide fiscal oversight of allocated resources, assets and expenses.
- Make necessary decisions to adjust for variations in projected budget income caused by fluctuating volumes and other external factors.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Basic (required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Five years of experience in program or project management working for a large manufacturing operation
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Previous experience as a program manager in the retail sales sector supporting customers such as Home Depot, Lowes or similar markets
