Inside Sales Support CI&I (home based)
Inside Sales will work with the sales team and customer to promote products and opportunities. Work closely with the Sales team to manage opportunities and win deals through quote management/assistance.
Your role:
- Working closely with Sales teams (e.g., KAM, AM, Sales Specialists and Indirect Channel managers etc.) to manage opportunities, quote creation and win deals.
- Liaison between customers and internal departments to enhance communication and resolve issues efficiently.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure
- Contact customers in follow-up to quote requests to identify and qualify the sale.
- Up to date completion of all administrative duties in relation to role including but not limited to system notes/updates, customer service follow up, quote creation.
- Perform other duties as needed to support departmental and organizational goals.
- This position reports to Sales Operations Manager, CI&I, and is part of the EI Commercial Operations team.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Your skills include working knowledge of Salesforce.com, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools-Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and strong written and verbal communication.
- You have over 6 months experience with Apttus/Conga quote tool as well as experience with Healthcare IT and Medical Device Integration.
- You can effectively manage responsibilities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.00-$30.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
