- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end network initiatives for planning involving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Develop network strategy for new initiatives
- Analyze data on upstream connections using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Define metrics to measure and monitor supply chain performance, inbound flows and transportation metrics
- Interact with and influence field operations leaders
- Collaborate with Research Scientists and Technology teams to develop planning models that optimize cost while meeting capacity needs
- Partner with product managers to develop new tools and systems supporting business growth
