About the Role
Scribe is experiencing unprecedented growth in our enterprise customer base, having tripled year-over-year with companies like T-Mobile, Intel, and New York Life joining our portfolio. We're seeking a proven Enterprise Sales leader who has built and led a team of high-performing enterprise account executives, implementing land-and-expand strategies within strategic accounts. The ideal candidate is a builder who leads from the front, driving a high-accountability culture through best-in-class coaching and establishing disciplined processes for the team. This is a foundational leadership role in our Sales organization reporting directly to the CRO.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build a team of ~8 Enterprise Account Executives, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion within named strategic accounts.
- Execute multi-line-of-business expansion strategy, landing high velocity deals in enterprise accounts, while driving proactive account expansion plans in a systematic manner.
- Champion outstanding sales rigor and forecasting through SPICED and MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
- Build a highly collaborative team culture that delivers consistent and predictable results.
- Model a leadership style that emphasizes co-selling with your team - partnering closely with customers.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise saas sales experience with at least 4+ years of experience in first-line enterprise sales management within a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS environment.
- Track record of leading sales teams through both high-velocity departmental wins (five-figure ACV) and multi-departmental expansions (six-figure ACV) within named accounts.
- Deep expertise in expansion sales motions, an insatiable curiosity about customer needs, and a track record of running a disciplined and predictable forecasting process with your team.
- Passionate about sales, with a hands-on approach to deals, direct customer engagement, and close collaboration with your team to drive opportunities to closure.
- Growth Mindset – In the fast-changing world of AI-powered productivity applications, this leader must be comfortable with rapid change and adaptable to new challenges.

Compensation
300k - 350k OTE USD + equity + Benefits
