Position Summary
The primary function of the Sales Coordinator is to support their respective Sales Directors in acquiring new business through project management, document preparation and data management support.
Essential Functions
Support Sales Directors with requests including but not limited to:
Expense report submission
Polaris: Service requests/Updates including post-Win/implementation
Conga:
- Request Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Request contract and submit changes/revisions
- Get follow-up info needed for SMEs
- Ensure on track for draft deliverables
Salesforce Updates – Everything Salesforce (responsible for keeping SF updated based on SD feedback/input)
- Update data (lives/aRx count) during RFP process
- Enter opportunities in SF
- Close out opportunities
- Update winner
- Add next opportunity, Add notes
- Cleaning up contacts
- Mark Top Opportunities in SF. Work with the Sale Directors to get updated notes on the key prospects.
- Utilize the Tableau dashboard to update Expired Opportunities
RFPs/Proposals
- Check for non-competes
- Pre-RFP questionnaires, if owned by Sales
- Participate in RFP kick-off meetings
- Retail network/plan design requests
- Data requests
- Clinical Reports (SPARC, SaveOnSP, formulary disruption, etc.)
- Run SaveOnSP guarantee reports and obtain approval
- NDAs and BAA requests
- Executive Sponsor requests
- Run Kroger Reporting
Finalist/Post RFP
- Update SF with finalist attendees and ROS/presentation deck
- Run Network Disruption
- Project Manage Post-Sale Process
- Pull together Strategy Documents on Key prospects (utilize Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Online company information)
- Pull together Finalist Presentation Decks (utilize Highspot, FSP)
- Working with Marketing to pull together custom DSR Templates
Signature Control Report – Coalitions
PSCRF Support
- Track moving through approval process
- Get follow-up info needed for SMEs
- Ensuring entered for go-live dates
- Assist with VP signature control
Other Miscellaneous
- Schedule off-site meeting locations for non-finalist meetings
- Schedule and coordinate meeting facilities, lunches/dinners, and transportation (if needed) for client/consultant/broker meetings
- Project management for initiatives
- Assists in maintaining project plan for events and conferences including those supporting David Cordani (Business Roundtable, Site visits and hosting group meetings/dinners, etc.)
- Order custom items for offsite events (utilize Staples)
- Send the VP of Sales an email on Monday of the Weekly RFPs and Finalist Meetings
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or 6 – 8 years relevant working experience
- 0-2 years sales support/project management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office application proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Knowledge of business operations and policies is helpful
