Position Summary
The Commercial Sales Operations Senior Associate will play a crucial role in supporting Huron’s Digital Capability and optimizing our sales processes to drive revenue growth and enhance overall performance. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities including pipeline management, data governance, and KPI analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, a critical thinker and possess strong communication skills.
The Commercial Sales Operations Senior Associate will need to gain an understanding (with training and ramp up time) the importance of sales pipeline accuracy, key metrics and their corresponding impact on our business. Over time, this will enable this person to be a true business partner to commercial leaders, suggest ways to improve our sales pipeline process and provide useful insights.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Digital Industry leaders to understand sales processes, strategic objectives, pipeline management expectations and sales and organizational KPIs
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Apply critical thinking skills to develop next level KPI’s and analysis as new challenges/questions arise
• Participate in pipeline calls and collaborate with sellers (Managing Directors and Business Development leaders) to ensure pipeline accuracy and completeness.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health for Industry and Business Unit leadership.
• Facilitate the monthly approvals process for Sales Credit and Commissions working with Industry Leaders and Business Unit Leaders
• Monitor performance against key performance indicators for each sales team.
Related Experience & Core Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint and other sales technology tools. Experience using MS Copilot for Sales is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000-$115,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,750-$132250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
