Job Summary
The Renewal Sales Excellence Program Manager drives program, strategy, innovation, and insights into the renewal organization. This role will have a dotted line to the Renewal GEO leader and their area managers. The insights and strategies from this role will ultimately derisk renewal performance while enhancing the skills and capabilities of the renewal organization. Program Manager duties are in line with renewal Go To Market (GTM) strategies and initiatives intended to grow revenue generated from customer renewal (install base) sales and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for in-quarter renewal rates, in-quarter retention rates, discount percentages, and asset disposition.

Essential Responsibilities
- Performance analysis against financial metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and GTM initiatives within a designated GEO across all customer segments
- Joining/Running forecast sessions – Renewal Specialist ---> Area Manager ---> Geo Lead ---> Worldwide leadership
- Territory reviews, deals stacks, and forecasting with various inspection points
- Hold regular 1:1 with GEO leads, area managers, and Renewal Specialists
- Weekly Run of Business slide updates and insights
- Continual interlocks with the Business Analytics team
- Produce and distribute SMART pipeline management progression goals
- Bookings linearity and Channel Performance analysis and insights
- Run Geo-level Territory Reviews and MBRs and QBRs
KPIs and Business Objectives
- Forecast accuracy through inspection and insights
- AOP attainment through inspection and insights
- KPI improvement through program creation and adoption
- COGS improvement through innovation and simplification
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 8+ of overall relevant professional experience is required
- 5+ years experience managing asset-based reoccurring revenue
- 3+ years experience driving insights through data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in productivity tools like CRM, forecast, and office
- Experience managing through influence rather than reporting lines
- Can work across multiple functioning organizations like sales, finance, sales ops, partner, analytics, customer success, and others

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $139,000 - $187,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
