About the job:
The Senior Manager of Sales Analysis and Planning is responsible for development of analysis, metrics, reporting and scorecards that assess the effectiveness of sales activity and execution. This position will lead the development of sales incentive plans, including territory and quota planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and win/loss analysis. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Sales, Finance, Product and Vertical teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives and to provide insightful analysis and metrics to drive sales efficiency and performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing sales performance and market trends to make informed decisions on sales strategy, prioritization of actions and coaching/development opportunities
- Leading the sales forecasting process and pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Providing sales intelligence to senior sales leaders to inform and support the annual sales quota process
- Developing and maintaining key metrics to inform and develop sales incentive plans
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales programs and initiatives
- Developing and maintaining key performance metrics and reports to track sales progress and to optimize efficiency and performance across sales channels and territories
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales performance data and market trends that inform decisions about sales coverage, territory allocations and resources allocations to drive efficiency and maximize opportunities
- Leading, project managing and supporting strategic initiatives and special projects
- Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 10+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience with experience serving in a sales performance analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in sales and market analysis tools such as CRM and data visualization tools

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii and Colorado: $113,600 - 211,100 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $119,300 - 221,700 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $130,700 - 242,800 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $125,000 - 232,300 USD
