DNA Diagnostics Center is the world leader in DNA relationship testing, processing over one million DNA samples from customers all over the world. Our broad portfolio of products includes our Paternity, Immigration, and other DNA Relationship services for consumers, government agencies, healthcare providers, and legal professionals; PeekabooTM Early Gender DNA Test for expecting mothers; SpermCheck fertility and vasectomy test; and Pets & Vets DNA testing for breeders and pet enthusiasts. Opportunity Overview
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for answering phone calls from DDC’s global customers and answering questions about DDC’s relationship testing products, used for immigration, surrogacy, confirming the father of a child, etc. The Inside Sales Associate determines the services our clients require, charts their course through the testing process, and closes the sale
This position offers the opportunity to work from home after completing 90 days of in-office training and meeting the required performance metrics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Field 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details.
- Quickly understand and analyze customer needs through a consultative sales approach.
- Explain DDC’s products and services in a professional manner via phone, email, text message, or chat.
- Analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with the intent of finalizing sales opportunities.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators stated in the Sales Compensation Plan including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Sales Quota.
- Escalate customer needs that require additional knowledge or ability to leadership.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Able to document information in an application while on an active call.
- Able to learn other database and communication software, as applicable.
- Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to ensure that DDC’s services are offered in a manner consistent with our mission and vision statements
- Other duties as assigned or become evident
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Minimum one (1) year of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to cope with difficult customer situations.
- Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Completion of HIPPA training.

- Regular: Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm
- Training: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
