We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner with a strong product management approach. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about delivering Salesforce solutions but also excels in crafting a product vision and strategy. You should have a keen interest in generating innovative product ideas and the ability to bring structure and simplicity to complex problems. As a Product Owner, you will drive development and build consensus throughout the entire product lifecycle, aligning product vision with business strategy.
What you will accomplish:
Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the CRM team and business partners.
Lead the creation of user stories and process maps to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to build, test, and verify solutions that meet business requirements.
Facilitate key meetings with partners, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing.
Partner with the SCRUM Master and Business Analysts in prioritization meetings.
Identify and handle risks and issues, advancing to senior partners as necessary.
Provide ongoing production support, analyzing and resolving system issues in collaboration with the technical team.
Document use cases, business/system/functional requirements, and ensure comprehensive product documentation.
What you will bring:
3+ years of experience as a technical product manager, with a consistent track record in large-scale enterprises, ideally within eCommerce or marketplace environments.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent.
Strong expertise in analytics, applying data insights to inform product decisions and solve business challenges.
Ability to influence and align peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership around critical initiatives.
Validated experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Experience with eCommerce platforms or big tech companies
