What You’ll Do:
X is creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to develop our business with advertisers and their agencies.
This is a unique role that combines both selling as well as campaign management and optimisation. The ideal candidate will be results driven, analytical, have a high attention to detail and will love servicing customers and solving their marketing challenges. You’ll be passionate about building your book of businesses, growing revenue, all the while delivering exceptional service and results for your customers. You’ll be dynamic and resilient and you’ll be able to adapt and thrive in an environment that is evolving and changing every day.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue for X by developing trusted relationships and partnerships with your customers
Partner closely with new and existing customers to use X to solve their marketing challenges
Create consultative sales presentations to show how X’s advertising products can be used to connect with their customers and grow their business
Regularly update your customers on new X products as well as best practice utlisations for their businesses
Help your customers create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Use internal tools, dashboards, and key performance metrics to analyse and improve advertising programs and deliver against client’s objectives.
Provide feedback to X’s product and internal tools teams to help us scale our services and advertising platform.
Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Who You Are:
3-4+ years of sales experience with a focus on digital media. If you work in OOH, Radio or TV and want to make the switch we’d still love you to apply
A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
Ability to build sales narratives and present insights that support customer needs
Social Ad Platform experience within an Advertising Media Agency or Client side is plus but not 100% necessaryINs
Ability to optimise marketing campaigns by analysing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers again is ideal but not a deal breaker
Excellent communication and presentation skills
