What you will do
The Member Success Manager (MSM) engages The Governance Institute members through delivery of membership benefits. They build relationships with members by understanding their board education priorities and needs, and matching TGI and NRC appropriate services and resources. Through regular member interaction, this role develops and implements ongoing member engagement plans. Proactive communication centered in application of membership elements is paramount to success in the role. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with project management abilities, proven communication skills, quick to learn new concepts, the ability to work with internal cross functional teams, and a passion for client service.
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience
- 2-4 years of client service experience with proven ability to conduct 1:1 meetings as well as large group presentations, both live and virtual
- Healthcare industry experience and/or governance knowledge, preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required with a demonstrated interest in and aptitude for client service
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $87,750. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MA, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, preferred candidates live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
