The Deal Desk team are experts at removing barriers, enabling growth, and ensuring Revenue has the right framework to move at the speed of progress.
As a Senior Deal Success Analyst, you’ll advise on end to end sales cycle best practices from opportunity to order, deal bookings processes and sales systems, including challenging the current landscape and UAT testing. Your work plays a critical role in optimizing revenue (sales) team member performance from opportunity to order. You’ll build strong relationships across the revenue team, partnering with them closely to understand their opportunities while driving adoption of best practices and policies.
In collaboration with our Enablement and Communications teams, you’ll reinforce messaging and provide coaching on the systems and processes that impact the end-to-end deal lifecycle. An ideal candidate will be process and detail-oriented, curious, analytical, creative, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on progressing deals from opportunity to order.
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with sales representatives to understand deal context and assist with quote to order process, including quote edits and approvals, order booking preparation, submission, and issue resolution
Offer Salesforce subject matter expertise and guidance to Revenue and Revenue Operations teams
Communicate and collaborate across key stakeholders, including Revenue, Customer Success, Services, Legal, and Finance in support of an efficient and accurate deal process
Proactively identify and lead efforts to improve processes, tools, and automation to increase the effectiveness of deal/order processes and drive appropriate urgency on deals
Maintain a clearly documented record of requests and contribute to Deal Operations’ playbook to create consistent and repeatable global processes
Create, maintain and innovate with respect to an ongoing knowledgebase of common issues arising during deal cycles
Function as point of contact and subject matter expert for Sales on deal pricing matters and questions related to common customer requests regarding deviations from Chainalysis standard operational processes, infosec standards, and SLA/engineering positions
We’re looking for candidates who have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
A background in SaaS deal desk, sales operations, sales support, and/or deal support with proficiency in quoting processes
Built strong, cross-functional working relationships with growth SaaS Sales organizations along with finance, legal, product and commercialization teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex information to internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite
Nice to have experience:
Order review and deal desk (in Salesforce) experience
Knowledge of accounting systems (Netsuite)
ASC 606 revenue recognition
Public Sector Sales Experience
