Job Description
As a Director of Customer Success at NielsenIQ, you are responsible for leading a team of Insights associates and delivering compelling, impactful and provocative insights. This includes driving actionable, timely, and high-quality strategic business analyses to help accelerate client growth trajectories.
Responsibilities
- Routinely and efficiently lead the creation of compelling, high-quality perspectives and deliverables to address the client’s growth questions
- Manage and develop a high-performing Insights team
- Outputs to include a strategy framework to simplify complex ideas and organize our analyses
- Integrate analyses from across NIQ's solutions
- Demonstrate market expertise, establishing a POV, and offering actionable recommendations
- Writing for an executive audience (i.e., using an economy of words) and creating opportunities to engage client organizations
- Leading the creation of routine insights outputs and leverage outputs to share with client leaders and educate our internal audiences
- Support the creation of deep Thought Leadership publications
- Create tools and frameworks to help other Customer Success Insights associates create outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of experience in the Food industry from food manufacturing and/or consulting and a minimum of 2 years in people management
- Relevant experience with research techniques & solutions in the related industries of Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics or similar
- Effective in senior-level communications, influencing & negotiation
- Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment
