NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCP) are one of our main growth drivers for NCP Reference kit sales and enable them to offer GenAI based services.
We need a sales lead to drive NCP engagements worldwide and win our NCP Reference kit which includes NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, Networking software, NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists (NVIS), GPU Assist and other capabilities with the goal of driving NVIDIA platform. This person will also drive enablement materials, sizing guides, train partner and field and provide feedback to the product teams!
What you'll be doing:
You should be an experienced senior sales leader with a track record of driving global business growth and growing new solution offerings.
You will be an overlay sales lead and work in virtual teams - including account managers, solution architects, sales operations, industry business development, product management, product marketing and marketing campaign teams.
Drive the NVIDIA Cloud Partner business growth with sales of NCP Reference kits and NVIDIA platform.
Provide cross functional Go-To Market (GTM) leadership to grow the NCP business. Define, Document and Align the GTM team on sales strategies and motion.
Build and complete a robust opportunity pipeline and bookings/revenue for NVIDIA’s NCP Reference kit and platform solutions
Engage and interact with customers regularly (daily/weekly), Develop relationships with decision makers - Regular in person interactions (EBC, customer visits). 25% travel - domestic/international as the need arises.
Define, Document and Drive a scale via partners strategy: GSIs (global system integrators), SDPs (solution/service delivery partners), SPs (solution providers) and OEMs. Win customers via GTM focused partner discussions.
Partner with geography sales teams and Industry business development leaders to drive demand, create and grow opportunities and accounts. Codify the customer value proposition and define the core sales tools and training to enable the field and channel.
Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input by regions and enterprise verticals. Influence product roadmap. Establish and develop NVIDIA relationship with key CXOs, decision makers across the Enterprise.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a leading University (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
18+ overall years of sales experience in technology systems and/or software products with strong background in Cloud Service Providers, shaping value proposition at solution level.
5+ years of experience in managing a team
Ideally 1+ year experience with engaging NVIDIA Cloud Partners
Proficiency in building complex Reference architectures (GPUs, servers, networking, AI software, Hypervisor, Multi-tenant solutions etc.)
Proven understanding of AI frameworks, AI service offerings and customer adoption journey with AI.
Possess a wide client contact base, deep domain expertise, and knowledge of sales trends in Enterprise software.
Ability to lead & empower a virtual team of sales managers (and help recruit the best talent).

Track record of negotiating and closing complex and large business deals across multiple continents

The cash compensation range is 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
