We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual with account management experience to drive China-based existing sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global Mile. The seller consultant manager will partner with sellers, marketing team, product team and other sales teams to grow sellers’ businesses on Amazon Global Mile, including identifying opportunities to onboard new seller, driving seller units adoption, growing revenue, monitoring seller’s healthy growth, performance, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon. The seller consultant will own seller monthly volume forecasting, monitoring, analysis and reporting on CN-based existing seller business.
Key job responsibilities
The successful seller consultant manager will:
- Work with seller education team to onboard the qualified sellers to Amazon Global Mile
- Work with existing sellers to drive the units adoption and grow revenue with Amazon Global Mile
- Work with existing sellers to drive the seller performance, utilization ratio and feature adoption ratio.
- Leverage Amazon Global Mile product portfolio to reactivate sleeping seller and drive seller commitment improve
- Provide scalable online and offline training to help seller quickly ramp up on Amazon Global Mile and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve results
- Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, invent and simplify, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession
