Job Description
RRD is looking for an Advertising Sales Intern to join alongside our Sales team to help generate opportunity on some of America’s largest franchised brands.
In this position you will gain exposure to our advanced prospecting cadence system, our omni channel advertising product suite, and an opportunity to join our talented sales professionals on video/phone calls to gain exposure to our best-in-class insight selling sales process.
You will be supported by a strong sales leadership team with an abundance of opportunity to learn about sales process and to develop the skills that are vital to your success for a career in media sales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Generate new leads through lead generation, cold calling, video and email marketing.
- Scheduling prospects for meetings with account executives
- Take an inside look into an organization at the cutting edge of omni channel media and technology
- Join sellers online on discovery calls and presentations with prospects and customers.
- Attend internal training and skill development workshops.
- Take part of the networking opportunity with our sales leaders to expand your personal network
The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our sales organization with the best and the brightest students who are looking for an accelerate path to a career in media sales upon graduation.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Effective phone etiquette with a natural ability to quickly foster a rapport with a prospect.
- Good writing skills; ability to effectively communicate in writing and speaking.
- Proficiency with use of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Goal Orientated, competitive, and forward thinking.
- Confident, reliable, responsible, and hardworking.
- Highly prefer students enrolled in classes or a specialized training program supporting successful Sales competencies.

Competed 3 years toward a bachelor’s degree

Additional Information
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $23.00 / hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
