As a Director, Sales and Account Management, you’ll work to develop relationships with our customers and bring those brands to life. What You’ll Do for Us
Manages and leads collaborative business planning with the strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs and drive brand sales.
Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers. Delivery of key business and financial metrics including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and key financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets) will be required.
Meets regularly with customer to review and identify strategic direction, problem areas and opportunities to promote product growth.
Develops Business Plans including goals, key initiatives, major actions, key support needed, and new product recommendations.
Develop relationships with all key decision makers, both internal and external.
Collaborates and fosters relationships with our local bottling partners and builds sales capability and facilitate stewardship discussions.
Keeps abreast of competitive activities within the responsible geographies and communicates appropriate activity in a timely manner.
Collaborates with cross-functional representatives to ensure that Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits/results.
Leads the stewardship routines with responsible bottlers and internal stakeholders that measures/communicates each partner’s activities against mutually agreed upon plans.
Champions change through elimination of barriers and ongoing service issues to provide highest level of customer service and value creation.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
7+ years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.
The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.
Must be self-motivated and highly organized with a strong desire to produce results with an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed.
Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan & manage the required change. the ability to effectively intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals is essential.
Must have a passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth.
Strong data & insights knowledge and skills to assist in storytelling type selling

Pay Range:
$134,800 - $165,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
